I really enjoy how you are able to naturally think outside the box, yet hit on many points that many of us miss as being obvious!
I will be looking to step into the spotlight this year whether as an employee, entrepreneur, parent or friend! As you know, getting noticed has many dimensions, so my goal is to plan the work and work the plan!

How am I going to STEP INTO THE SPOTLIGHT this year-you ask?
Well, that’s easy! I will just follow your instructions and advice—and put into practice, as many of the things I learned during your marvellous 10 week phone seminars, as possible.
You were right. I am SO glad I joined that group!
Having learned so much about branding, marketing and promotion, I fell I am so much more equipped to take my little business to the next level.

Hi Tsufit,
This year I’m stepping into the spotlight to promote the flexible options to build know-how and abilities using Internet based materials. I’m still working on inventing a new term to replace the ‘e’ word.

2011 will be be Our year!
Goals/Plans for 2011 – after a new showroom/warehouse for our business completed in 2010 this new space will give us the efficiency to truly give back to our community. Our plans are to become more involved with community groups, hospital foundations and the like. OUr customers have been so great to us we can now give back in a bigger way in 2011

Hi Tsufit- First thank you for your Step Into the Spotlight -a book of Insight and common sense methods of moving yourself forward. Self Marketing Power seemd the next logical read. Now that I have put myself out there with prospective clients I want to gain more knowledge about the self marketing aspect of the business. Since reading the Step Into the Spotlight book I have started speaking at CAEYC and Headstart conferences. I have been well received but I really need to understand the art of Self Marketing. I’m stepping into the spotlight with my first photo-essay book that I just published. It’s been a fun ride and I’m now working on my second book. but that’s not all – I’m also developing a business plan to go out on my own as a freelance copywriter. Lots going on this year to get me out into the light. And it was your book that really lit the fire in me to get out and take some risk. So thank you!

This year I have two important program That I am creating to business. The first one is Family month, so a 30% discount for family members on a full therm membership. My second one is to crate a partnership with the realty community. Free membership for every 10 membership sold to there employee, also discounted membership to there customer with a bonus for the referral agent. And to complete a Management course this summer. The goal is to help more family’s as possible!

What won’t i be doing this year?!!
Putting together my 1st music album…comprised of reggae, dub-step & dance hall originals!! This will single-handedly bring the musical genre back to the mainstream, where it belongs! Also, will be publishing a book of poetry…comprised of heartbreak stories & steamy intimacies about former lovers!! As though that wasn’t enough, i’m launching an interactive community website, full of links and info about cultural programs & helpful websites like yours!! I am gung ho with a great learning curve. I have had the opportunity to talk with many great people this past year. I just registered my business: “Susan Ball Makeup and Image Consulting” and I am having fun with new ideas and prospects. I have been a makeup artist and image consultant for years and have the opportunity to formalize. I find people’s response is a little like when one is having a baby: they want to give advice!!! … and I want to hear it!
